Plans, develops, directs, coordinates and implements departmental policy and programs to facilitate and enhance Division performance consistent with overall Division strategy, by performing the following duties personally. Responsible for new OEM business development. Plans all aspects of marketing and sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Establishes goals and objectives for department consistent with and to enhance overall Division strategy. Leads relevant teams in ensuring effective and timely execution of developed plans and programs both short and long range monitors and follows up to ensure compliance. Analyzes, evaluates, and presents information for consideration by other members of management team concerning factors such as business situations and opportunities, organizational capabilities, technical and staffing problems, economic trends, market potential, etc., relative to design, development, manufacture and sales of company products consistent with the goals of on-time delivery of the highest quality product for a competitive price. Suggests and debates alternative methods and procedures in solving problems and meeting changing customer requirementsmarket opportunities. Reviews technical, legal, and professional publications, articles, and abstracts within area of cognizance to stay abreast of developments. Performs by acknowledging to have a possibility to become the division head in future.
BA Degree in Marketing or Business related field. 5-8 yrs of sales or marketing exp with national accounts. Exp managing national retail customers. Exp managing sales teams. Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals.
Knowledge of imaging technology on both Laser and Ink printers. Special Printing experience, OEM Printer specialty would be Letters, Decorations, T-Shirts, with Ink jet printers.
