IT Help Desk Associate needed in Ventura
Job Description
This person will support the balancing and daily openingclosing procedures associated with our core banking platform. Typical duties outside of openingclosing will be setting up new users to the core processor not the Windows domains, resetting passwords in the core, and documenting requests through an IT ticketingservice management system. While the position is technically a help desk role, there are not a lot of software or applications that the individuals needs to be trained in. A person with previous banking experiencing andor bookkeeping may be a better fit than a typical help desk person. This is because they need to have some awareness around what we mean when we talk about ACH, NSFs, and other types of electronicmobile banking concepts.
Skills Required
Previous BankingCredit Union experience. Basic Help Desk exp. Understand what users are requesting. Able to document requests form comprehensivenext steps. Recognize when to escalate issues. EXTREME attention to detail.
Skills Preferred
Advanced understanding of common PC programs and logics.
