Responsible for project accountingbudget organization and set-up within our Deltek-Ajera ERP system. Prepare regularly scheduled client invoices under the direction of Project Managers and Accounting Supervision. Tracking and reporting of project budget versus actuals performance. General knowledge and experience of project cost accounting and Work-in-Process. Address project specific client and internal billing matters. Receipt and entry of project subcontractor and other-direct-cost invoices. Compiling, storing and retrieving data. Ability to work with technical staff on project accounting and contracts issues. Works independently and organized to meet regular deadlines. Passionate about accounting and attention to detail. Can demonstrate a successful track record with the duties described above.
Accounts Receivable or billing experience. Project cost accounting and billing experience preferably within the AE industry. Experience in MS Excel and Word. Strong writing and communication skills.
Deltek-Ajera ERP system a plus.AR experience in construction, architecture or environmental consulting industries a strong plus.
