Our busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures and inventory control. Were looking for a professional who doesnt mind wearing multiple hats.Develop organizational procedures and systems for office including filing, billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items obtaining approval from requisitioning manager. Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers monitoring and expediting ordersImprove client retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts Desires growth in management, organization and team-building skills Order supplies and equipment as needed
2 - 3 years experience office administration, QuickBooks, Accoutns Receivable, Accounts Payable, Buyer, Procurement experience and working with vendors. Invoicing and billing experience. Experience ordering parts in an industrial or distribution setting
Sales experience a plus.Experience working in a parts distribution or manufacturing company.
