The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing focused call center and administrativesupport as well as assist with related projects within department. The department isa key component of achieving our mission of improving individuals access to transportation options. Thisincludes administrative and call center support for various programs including Travel Training, ADA EligibilityCertification, and Trip Brokerage and Coordination.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, postingComplete Call Center duties as assignedFollow organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely mannerConduct periodic file auditsDevelop and maintain appropriate filing systemsPerform data input to appropriate databasesDevelop and maintain appropriate workflow systemsCompile and send program-related letters, forms, and other communicationsDevelop and maintain program-related flyers, handouts, and other mediaCollect and compile program-related statistical dataRespond to program-related inquiries via phone, email, postal mail or faxRespond to program-related walk-in inquiriesProvide support and resources to field staff to assist with problem solvingCoordinate with staff andor departments to meet program goals and objectivesCoordinate with external customers to meet program goals and objectivesPrepare and submit reports as required
HS Diploma or GED. Bilingual in EnglishSpanish. Proficient in MS Office. Tech savvy. Exceptional professional and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills. Call Center exp a MUST
1-2 years call center experience desirable. 2 years experience working with persons with disabilities or the elderly population preferred. ADA compliance and Transportation experience desirable.
