Contract Admin is responsible for administrative support for a number of departments and functions Estimating, Accounting, Safety, HR and Risk Management. Obtaining, downloading, reviewing and preparation of Bid documents and forms. Coordinate, track and schedule bids. Prepare and follow up Pre-Qualifications.New employee orientation. I9 documentation. Update Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Provide accounting support when needed.
2 years of construction administration andor accounting experience. Working knowledge of bidding, accounting software and construction technology. Capable of meeting deadlines, be self motivated and detailed oriented.
