Job Description
Under general supervision of the Marketing Analytics Supervisor, the Marketing Analyst will assist in the development of the companys products and services and the analysis of business intelligence data to generate corporate sales growthAnalytical skills and a foundational business understanding is essential, as is the ability to motivate others And provide leadership to Accomplish team goals without having direct authority over team members Most projects will be directed by the Marketing Analytics Supervisor.General Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct portfolio and pipeline pricing, and profitability analyses.Identify anal present growth opportunities within existing product portfolio and customer base.Monitor daily marketing pricing for Supplying Following items orecommend price changes as needed to Pricing Contracts department for approvaloConduct quarterly market assessments for price adjustment needsopportunitiesoRecommend price changes as needed to Pricing Contracts for approval.oActively research contract biding opportunitiesConduct product and biding opportunity analyses includes creating bid analyses and researching the marketGenerate sales reports and develop market growth strategyDevelop reports and visualizations to make summaries available for decision-Making.Regularly retrieve raw market data for ETL processing Extract, Transform, Load.Support the Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams with key market trends and data Exceptional analytical capabilities Exceptional oral and written communication skills Authoritative command of complexity and ambiguity, a macro-level thinker
Skills Required
Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience in Analytics, Finance, PFA, Marketing, or Sales Operations. Experience in pharmaceuticalbiotech industry solving complex business problems analyzing, validating, drawing conclusions from large data sets.
Skills Preferred
Masters degree a plus.Experience with following software Power BI M, DAX, Access T-SQL, Excel VBA, and Tableau
