Job Description
Seeking Customer Service Representative for a fast paced manufacturing company Sales Order Entry 25 to 30 orders a day. Work with Accounting to establish or revise terms per customer request. Ensure orders on credit hold are reviewed and released timely. Work with Shipping to ensure that orders are processed timely and according to requested ship method. Work with Purchasing and Inventory control to ensure orders are placed with Vendors for items not in stock. Update Order with vendor lead time. Create and update Part numbers pricing in companies ERP system. Ensure Orders have correct promo and rebate codes.
Skills Required
1-3 years order entry experience in a manufacuring or distribution company. B2B customer service experience.
Skills Preferred
ERP exp a plusExp working alongside accounting department, shipping department, purchasing and inventory control departments a plus
