|Accounts Payable Specialist needed in Agoura Hills|
Will be printing checks and handling electronic payments. Will mail out tenant information and gather missing information on tenant documents. Open daily mail that comes to the accounting department and disburse accordingly. Send out mail, documents and fliers. Print HOA checks and tenant refund checks. Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing and collating as needed. Provides support to all departments for internal and external audit requests completes all requests in a timely manner. Handles various other duties as delegated by the Accounts Payable Manager.
1-2 years of strong administrative experience. Eager to learn, detailed oriented, sharp, organized. Willing to take on more tasks down the road. Excellent communication skills, ability to work individually and as a team.
6 months of AP experience. Yardi experience.
