CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description
The Customer Service Agent assists the clients with inquires, payment adjustments, and complaints via telephone, fax, and email. Address client inquires, concerns and complaints via inboundoutbound calls, mail, email and fax. Client retention by use of scripted cancellation rebuttals. Documents communications and transactions by completing forms and record logs. Maintains quality service by following organization standards, policies and procedures. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related job duties as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. MUST have 1 year of call center experience. Proficient in MS Office. Type 40 WPM. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills. Must have Call Queue exp. Bilingual in Spanish
Skills Preferred
Experience in debt settlement, real estate, loan modifications, tax resolution and mortgage experience is a plus but not required.
