Job Description
The Ecommerce CSR involves a combination of Order Processing and Administrative Support, inbound Customer Service and support as required. Enter orders in ERP software platform. Provide high-quality customer servicesales via inbound phone, email, and Live Chat on products and services as required to maintain service levels. Fulfill sample requests. Stock checks. Various administrative tasks, as well as coordination and research of assigned projects. Effectively communicate with other support personnel in a team-oriented environment.
Skills Required
HS DiplomaGED. 1-2 yrs of similar exp in Customer Service or Phone Sales. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Accurate data entry skills.
Skills Preferred
Associates or Bachelors preferred. Prefer exp within an ecommerce or call center environment. Experience with ERPs or CRMs a plus.
