Job Description
Order Administration. Verification of customer information. Confirm inventory availability or expected delivery time. Qualify quantities needed in purchasing products with authorized contract manufacturer. Notify customer or shipping date and update the customer with any delays or changes. Manage the contract manufacturers open order report. Provide customers with analytical reports as requested. Verify any stock rotations requests by customers. Provide customers with quotes, as approve by the VP of Sales. Manage expedite requests on existing orders. Manage Vendor Maintained Inventory reports. Update stock status report weekly. Responsible for all aspects of online new project OEM design registration program. Responsible for supporting VP of Sales in setting up meetings with the product sales channel for bi-annual reviews and quarterly business reviews. Assist in closing any prospective OEM designs for product solutions. Communicate any website additions, changes and deletions of product information, channel contacts and news. Assist VP with sales account management and support for product channel sales and Direct In-House OEM customers.
Skills Required
HS Diploma or Equivalent. General Computer Microsoft Office. Oral Written Communication. Customer Service Attitude. Organization Time Management. Professionalism Presentation. Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Skills Preferred
Prior sales experience helpful. Buyer Experience a plus.
