| Job Description Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. Formulate and maintain quality control objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals. Maintain and implement inspection criteria and procedures. Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel in the organization. Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs. Direct workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities and products. Work with vendors to insure quality of all purchase parts for company use. Play an active role on quality management teams within an organization. Assist and implement quality control training programs to key personnel in conjunction with managers. Notify the accounting department of an credit or rework changes. Handle NMR database, monthly and quarterly reports. Generate POs for rework NMR material. Interface with vendors for RMAs and delivery or rework materials. Follow and use ISO procedures. | |
| Skills Required AA Degree OR 6 months to 1 year of related experience. Bilingual in Mandarin. Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. | |
