|Hours:||40 Monday to Friday 800am to 500pm|
|Bilingual Call Center Representative needed|
The representative will be assigned a territory to call seniors and other individuals who have gone through the ADA eligibility process for para transit service eligibility in which the representative asks questions to receive their feedback on their experience. The representative will also identify other transit resources for the individual and perform other related administrative tasks for staff within the office. Complete Call Center duties as assigned. Perform daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting. Follow organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner. Conduct periodic file audits. Develop and maintain appropriate filing systems. Perform data input to appropriate databases. Respond to program-related inquiries via phone, email, postal mail or fax. Provide support and resources to field staff to assist with problem solving. Other related duties as assigned.
HS Diploma or GED. Bilingual in EnglishSpanish. Proficient in MS Office. Tech savvy. Exceptional professional and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills. Must maintain confidentiality.
1-2 years call center experience desirable. 2 years experience working with persons with disabilities or the elderly population preferred. ADA compliance and Transportation experience desirable.
